499et Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on the 499et platform. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above. 499et reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonuses and winnings accrued during the period of underage use may be voided.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 499et platform. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 499et reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to that individual, withhold any balances and bonuses contained therein, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

The 499et platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 499et platform complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in your jurisdiction. 499et makes no representation that the platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must update your registration information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 499et immediately at [email protected].

499et reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity; (c) the player has provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

499et accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 499et does not accept deposits from payment methods other than those listed above without prior written approval from the platform. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change — the current list is displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. 499et targets a processing window of 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals that are pending KYC verification or that have been flagged for security review may take longer. 499et reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your 499et account are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. You must not deposit funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other illegal source. 499et complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and may be required to report suspicious transaction activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, 499et may freeze the relevant account and withhold funds pending investigation and, if required, notification of the relevant authorities.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific eligibility criteria and terms, which are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. A bonus may be limited to new players only, to players in a specific loyalty tier, or to players who have not previously claimed the same offer. 499et reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms displayed at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

The use of any strategy, technique, software or collective action intended to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, 499et reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, close the account and permanently ban the player from future promotional participation.

All registered players may set voluntary deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis through their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set and applied, the platform will not accept deposits that exceed the limit during the relevant period. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

Any registered player may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 499et platform through their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and prevents the player from logging in, depositing or participating in any game or betting market on the platform for the duration of the exclusion period. 499et will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the stated exclusion period.

Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries real financial risk. Players are responsible for managing their own gambling activity within their personal means. 499et strongly encourages players to set personal deposit budgets before playing, to take regular breaks, and to stop playing if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional or personal harm.
